The Monterey’s first floor living area will include a great room with a reverse soffit ceiling and cove lighting, a kitchen with an over-sized island featuring counter-height barstool seating, and a dining area that will accommodate seating for ten.  The kitchen will feature recessed panel cabinetry with soffits that will convey a built-in look, quartzite countertops, a cook-top with a canopy hood, and a built-in wall oven.  A wet bar with flanking tower cabinets is planned for the dining area.
